Cheap (and even free) web hosting is offered by many companies. Selecting a web host should not be rushed as there are many considerations to make.

Don't rush to order from the cheapest host you find as you could find out very quickly that the hosting package does not suit your needs.

Selecting a webhost:
There are certain points you need to consider before selecting a webhost. These are some of the following to consider:

Disk Space - How much will you need? Is it possible you will need more as your site grows?

Bandwidth - How much data transfer will you need each month?

Support - Even if you are an experienced webmaster, you should check out the support offered. Do they have a 24 hour freecall support line? ring it before you signup!

Scripts and Databases - Will you be needing CGI or other programming features? Will you need support for databases?
