I purchased this product from Amazon after reading favorable reviews that the cooler does a decent job of keeping the laptop from overheating, and seeing as it was under $30, I figured that it might be a great bargain.

My Toshiba laptop would not stay on for more than short periods of time. I suspected it might be getting too hot. I read some reviews on coolers, and thought this one sounded good, and the price was reasonable. Since I've been using this cooler, my notebook has not shut off prematurely at all. It is not uncommon for this computer to be on 24/7.

I have had this laptop cooler for several months now and have been very happy with it. Some people complain about the blue power light, but it doesn't bother me at all. I also like that it has both low and high settings. I keep it on high while playing games, and although it makes a little more noise it keeps my computer cooler. I was looking for something more substantial than my previous cooling pad (Targus Laptop Chill Pad - PA248Y01U) and this product is perfect. I love that it is made of metal and the taller rubber pegs that the laptop sits on are a better height to facilitate cooling. Also, the rubber feet make it completely non-slip. Thanks Antec!!!
