Rating: - Does not work with Win XP Pro
This is the 2nd Belkin product I have had the misfortune of buying and after 2 hours I cannot get it to work on my laptop with Win XP Pro. The messages differ from the guide. At the HW level, the machine recognizes the device but the Belkin software does not! Do not buy this product if you have XP.
Rating: - Difficult to Install on XP and won't speak to Motorola
After installing the software on Windows XP Pro from the CD (does not have Windows validation so Windows drivers will not work), the book had many steps which never happened. After spending about an hour trying to find a fix on Belkins website, I found a Word document containing the information, however, the document title was for something else. Rating: - Poor installation and nonexistent customer support
I attempted to install this unit on two different Windowss XP laptop computers and have been unsuccessful in both cases.
Case 1 - The driver would not allow the device to be loaded by Windows.
Case 2 - Installation went fine, got an error stating that the software license does not support this Bluetooth device whenever I tried to open the software.
In both cases I downloaded the updated drivers and documentation, but with no success.

I bought this to transfer images from my Nokia 6600 to my computer and had no problem in installation and transferring data back and forth. Took me about 15 minutes to read the phone manual to understand the operation but after that it was very easy.
I got it for a price of $9.99 and I could not ask for more at this price.
Overall, a good product.
