Rating: - Plastic is still plastic
While I am not the primary user of this cymbal expansion kit, I did have to help my son in putting it together. After all was said and done, plastic is still plastic and it still cracks and breaks when "cranking down" on plastic nuts and bolts to hold the cymbals in place. We still have an issue of one of the cymbals working its way down the pole slowly after repeated use. A simple rubber band will fix it though. He has thoroughly enjoyed this accessory in the whole Rock Band experience.
Rating: - Huge increase in fun
I got lucky and found the triple cymbal pack for Rock band 2 last week. I had my usual Rock Band crew come over this past Saturday to test them out. Same for the blue and green. Only one sound is created. Also, there is no red cymbal or port so left-handed mode ... Read More
Rating: - Confusing at first, but after it's fun.
At first when i unpackaged everything, I took a look at the instructions then i started to put things together. but it was a little confusing at first. The two brackets didn't "click!" together, so i had to tighten it to the point where it was hurting my hands to tighten. But besides that, it's all sturdy and it's not as loud as i thought it'd be. I recommend this accessory.
