Rating: - Like the versatility...
I have always enjoyed the Bose sound so was glad to know that I could listen to the ipod on my iphone by docking with this unit. Also important was to be able to listen to my Creative Zen via an audio jack. This meets both criterias and gives the ulimate of sound. William Tell Overture never sounded better.
Rating: - Hear Bose sound before you bash it
I did quite a bit of research before getting the Bose SoundDock II. I wanted a dock that would work with my iPod touch 2G, have superb sound quality, and preferably charge my iPod while docked. Well I have to say that I got all i wanted and then some with this unit.
I read some reviews online written by "audiophiles" and supposed "sound experts" bashing Bose for selling overpriced and underpowered equipment. These people just don't get it. I won't go on to bore you in detail about ... Read More

I have a Bose 3-2-1 and love their products and quality. I've been wanting a SoundDock for my iPod for over 2 years and so for Christmas this year I finally found it for a great price here on Amazon and went for it the new SoundDock Series II.
It's so easy to use and the remote works so good and from far off to. It has great sound and it works with the new 4th and 5th generation iPods so no worries there.
I love that it's small and fits on my dressor and yet sounds like ... Read More
Rating: - Great sound, nice looking and easy to operate.
My husband bought this for me as a gift for my office. It is stylish and sleek enough for a professional setting, does not take up much room and is easy to operate. I agree with other reviewers that the Ipod holder itself is not a tight and secure fit. I have the Bose Waveless CD/Radio and love it as well. I had a 100.00 IHome prior to this and it is like a bubblegum machine docking station compared to the Bose! You get what you pay for in this instance. A great sounding electronic at all sound ... Rating: - SoundDock Series + Aux In - True portability
I have been using the SoundDock since 3 weeks now and I am satisfied! . Bose made some minor changes in this SoundDock series II by introducing the auxillary input.Sound quality is great and the clarity of the vocals amazed me. As opposed to the original SoundDock which was portable and priced at $399 , this one cannot run on a battery. Most reviewers here had complaints about the auxillary input and now they have got it at the cost of portability.Obviously my concern with this product is why did they ...
