Rating: - Old School - the only way to go
The NEC AccuSync 120 CRT monitor is definitely old school, but I still think that CRTs are the way to go.
I've tried a few LCD widescreen monitors, but I am not a fan. I don't like the fact that you are virtually forced into using a ridiculously high resolution for your desktop if you want a crisp display. I also don't like having to view web pages down the center of the browser window if the site doesn't support widescreen formats. Let's not even get into the viewing angle issues.

Rating: - Very Good Monitor - Lame Description
I have this model monitor (in a tan cabinet) and mine is a very good montor. However, by no stretch of the imagination can this be called a flat-screen monitor. This description is misleading and should be changed. One can even see the curve in the photo.
Rating: - Best 21 CRT for the money
Wife is a Graphic Designer and Photographer. LCD just can't match the clarity and color accuracy of CRTs and size certainly matters when you are juggling 3 or 4 programs open at the same time. This is the second NEC Accusyc 120 we've purchased. The first one has been going strong for over 1 year.
Rating: - NEC Accusync 120-BK CRT Monitor Ain't Too Shabby
I am replacing a nice 8 year old Viewsonic G810 CRT monitor. I find that the text is much easier to read on the new Accusync 120-BK. The focus is uniform from top to bottom and side to side. I find the images bright and contrasty--not at all washed out. The colors are vibrant on my old NVIDIA
7950 GT video card at 1024x768 at 85 Hz. There is a trace of minor blue shift on the far left and far right.
Altogether, it is a fine monitor that beats the stuffings out of any LED flat panel ... Read More
Rating: - One of the few of its kind left
Graphic designers still use CRT monitors because the color is more accurate that the LCDs. I only got this one because there wasn't much choice in a CRT at 21 inches. I wouldn't call this a flat screen...there is a definate curve to the screen. Except for that, I have no complaints. It's a quality monitor for graphic work for print production.
